STUDIO A = $40 - 1,100 SQ.FT (21.5 D x 46.5 W) *(Includes piano)*

STUDIO B = $30 - 550 SQ.FT (21.5 D x 25.5 W)

STUDIO C = $35 - 780 SQ.FT (21.5 D x 34.5 W)

Additional Rental Rates
6am-8am = additional $5 TO REG. RATE
8am-10pm = REGULAR RATE
10pm-12am = additional $5 TO REG. RATE
12am-6am = DOUBLE (X2) REG. HR RATE

* We have a 24 hours cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you must give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid having to still pay for your full booking.

Parking Information
There are 14 parking spaces located behind the studio in the alley, they are marked in yellow for visibility. Other parking options are on Lankershim or valet parking is available for $2.00.
